If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
RETURNS
If you received wrong order, defect item or exchange of size (Apparels) .You are given 48 HOURS (2 Days) after you received the item(s) to notify us and (3 calendar days) to arrange the return item with us from the date you received your item. If, it is more than the hours/days stated, your exchange request is not valid to us. This is because to determine your exchange item is available for you and for hygine purposes.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Your item must be in the original packaging and do not remove the tagging.
- You are responsible to notify to us the defects of our product or if you received a wrong purchased item (color, size, design & etc) by providing proofs
FOLLOWING REASONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AS A VALID REASON FOR AN EXCHANGE:
- "I changed my mind"
- "The color doesn't suit me"
- "I don’t want it anymore"
- "I want to change the color/design"
All returned item(s) are subject to quality control inspection and approval. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Pre-Order/Sale/Discounted item(s) are not eligible for refund or exchange.
You are only eligible to exchange to the same exact item(s) that you purchased as per size you requested. Also, exchange only valid for one time request, second request won't be valid.
We take this matter seriously, and we reserve the right to refuse any exchange/refund request, at our own discretion, should we determine that a customer is abusing our exchange/refund policy as we have provided full details on exchange/refund policy, product size measurements & product descriptions.
REFUNDS
Refunds only valid if the problem item (s) is not available for an exchange.
- For example: You wanted to exchange a Top from size S to M or any defect to a new item. However, we have discontinued to produce the item or the process of restocking is taking more than 30 days. Then, you are eligible for a refund from us.
If you are eligible for a refund, we will reimburse you the price of the item purchased and not the shipping cost you paid for in the receipt. That shipping cost was charged during the fulfilment of your first order.
- For example: You purchased a top for RM50 + RM10 (Shipping Fee) : Total bill, RM60.
we will only reimbursed you for RM50.
SHIPPING
You may have to repost back the item on the contact details stated on the parcel and notify us on the tracking number of the item for us to track the item.
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your return after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate an exchange of the same product you purchased.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning to us and returning your requested exchange item , except for the defect item the cost of returning will be bear by us.

POLISI PEMULANGAN
Terima kasih kerana membeli di INREA.
Jika anda tidak berpuas hati sepenuhnya dengan pembelian anda, kami sedia membantu.
PEMULANGAN BARANG
Jika anda menerima pesanan yang salah, barang yang rosak atau ingin menukar saiz (pakaian), anda diberikan 48 JAM (2 Hari) selepas menerima barang untuk memaklumkan kepada kami dan 3 hari kalendar untuk mengatur pemulangan bersama kami dari tarikh barang diterima.
Jika melebihi tempoh masa yang dinyatakan, permintaan pertukaran anda tidak akan diterima. Ini adalah bagi memastikan stok pertukaran masih tersedia dan demi tujuan kebersihan.
SYARAT-SYARAT UNTUK PEMULANGAN:
- Barang mesti dalam keadaan asal, belum digunakan dan seperti yang diterima.
- Tag dan pembungkusan asal tidak boleh dibuka atau dibuang.
- Anda bertanggungjawab untuk memaklumkan kepada kami sekiranya terdapat kecacatan pada produk atau anda menerima item yang salah (warna, saiz, rekaan dan sebagainya) dengan bukti bergambar.
SEBAB-SEBAB YANG TIDAK AKAN DITERIMA UNTUK PEMULANGAN/PERTUKARAN:
- "Saya tukar fikiran"
- "Warna tidak sesuai dengan saya"
- "Saya dah tak nak"
- "Saya nak tukar warna/rekaan"
Semua item yang dipulangkan akan melalui pemeriksaan kawalan kualiti. Anda juga perlu sertakan resit atau bukti pembelian.
Item Pre-Order / Jualan / Diskaun tidak layak untuk dipulangkan atau ditukar.
Anda hanya layak menukar kepada item yang sama seperti yang dipesan mengikut saiz yang anda minta. Pertukaran juga hanya sah untuk sekali sahaja. Permintaan kedua tidak akan dilayan.
Kami mengambil perkara ini dengan serius dan berhak untuk menolak sebarang permintaan pertukaran/pemulangan jika kami mendapati pelanggan menyalahgunakan polisi kami. Ini kerana kami telah menyediakan butiran penuh berkaitan produk, ukuran, dan polisi pertukaran/pemulangan.
PEMULANGAN WANG
Pemulangan wang hanya akan dilakukan jika barang yang bermasalah tidak boleh ditukar.
Contoh: Anda ingin tukar baju dari saiz S ke M atau tukar barang rosak kepada yang baru, tetapi item tersebut telah diberhentikan pengeluaran atau proses restock mengambil masa lebih 30 hari. Maka anda layak menerima pemulangan wang.
Jika layak menerima refund, kami hanya akan pulangkan harga item sahaja, tidak termasuk kos penghantaran.
Contoh: Anda beli baju RM50 + RM10 (kos penghantaran) = Jumlah RM60
Kami hanya pulangkan RM50 sahaja.
PENGHANTARAN SEMULA
Anda perlu menghantar semula item ke alamat yang tertera pada parcel dan maklumkan kepada kami nombor tracking untuk semakan. Setelah kami terima barang anda, kami akan memeriksa dan maklumkan status pemulangan anda. Jika diluluskan, kami akan hantar item gantian yang sama seperti pesanan asal. Kos penghantaran pemulangan dan penghantaran semula akan ditanggung oleh pelanggan, kecuali untuk barang rosak, kos pemulangan akan ditanggung oleh kami.
